BDO were delighted to act as advisors to Hasta Healthcare Limited on the sale of the business to Ditchley Group. Ditchley Group was established in 2014, with the aim of developing and providing high-quality care facilities that meet the needs of its occupants, service users, families and communities. Hasta Healthcare operates Strathmore Lodge Nursing Home, located in Kilkenny.
