BDO acted as buy-side advisors to Radius Payments Limited on their acquisition of Keystone Insurance Limited.
Radius is a global business services company founded in the UK in 1990 that now operates in 18 countries across 5 continents. They offer a wide range of business services and products including fuel cards, telematics, insurance, telecoms, vehicle hire and electric vehicle charging. The Radius insurance business in the UK, has grown significantly in recent years and consists of the Burley Group, Milestone Insurance consultant and Signature. Keystone Insurance are business insurance specialists based in Dundalk. This is Radius's first insurance deal in Ireland with further investment planned, as it intends to grow its market presence here.
