Ronan Harbourne

Ronan is a Partner in the Audit Department with over 20 years’ experience in audit and financial reporting. He completed his training in BDO and qualified is a Fellow Chartered Accountant.  


Services & Specialism

Ronan has expertise in delivering audit services across a multi-sector client portfolio.  His clients include companies operating in the property, engineering, agri-food and hospitality sectors. 
Ronan leads the delivery of audit services to several of our largest Irish indigenous client companies. He has extensive experience in delivering a thorough and robust audit, while at the same time providing the business owners/management valuable feedback on key audit and accounting areas and on recommendations for where improvements may be made. 

Ronan has a strong technical accounting and audit background and leads the training program within BDO. Ronan assists our clients with keeping up to date with changes and developments in accounting standards and best practice. 

Ronan is Graduate from Dublin City University. Ronan also regularly presents to the Irish Tax Institute on developments in Audit and Accounting.
