Contract Description
Payroll support due to staffing capacity - our client required an experienced resource to support in the processing of their monthly and fortnightly payrolls for approximately 1000 staff. They also required prompt support with picking up terminology or processes in order to allow a smooth transition.
Contract Management
Our team took steps to ensure a successful delivery to the client:
Engagement and Requirements Gathering - we engaged and worked closely with the client to obtain an in-depth understanding of the support role and the type of resource the client required.
Resource Placement and Knowledge Transfer - a senior payroll resource was placed on-site and worked with the clients’ payroll team to gain an understanding of their processes and procedures.
Payroll Support - a payroll resource was placed on-site with the client during key payroll periods to support the client in processing both the monthly and fortnightly payrolls. This ensured that payrolls were completed within the given timeframe.
Contract Performance
Client Satisfaction - the client was pleased with the on-site payroll support provided by the BDO Eaton Square team. The payroll resource transitioned smoothly into the payroll team without any impact to the clients’ payrolls.
Client Engagement -the handover to the clients two main payroll resources on return to the payroll team was seamless and resulted in no disruption to the payrolls.
