BDO Corporate Finance were delighted to have advise the shareholders of Alpha College of English on their recent acquisition by Twin Group. The acquisition of Alpha, by UK-based Twin Group, will allow them to expand its operations in Dublin.
Alpha College of English have been located in Dublin City Centre for 30 years and welcomes students from over 53 countries, providing a wide portfolio of courses for both general English and a large number of professionally-oriented English language programs. Twin Group provides clear progression for UK residents, international students, individuals and groups by helping people achieve personal success.
Commenting on the deal, Caroline Fox, CEO of Twin Group, said: “This acquisition has given us the ideal opportunity to accelerate our strategy for Ireland”.
