BDO Corporate Finance advises Key Capital on the sale of Sunday Business Post

BDO’s Corporate Finance team were delighted to act as financial advisors to Key Capital on its disposal of Post Publications Limited. Post Publications Limited is the publishing company of the Sunday Business Post, the specialist Irish business newspaper.                                                                                                       

The newspaper was acquired by Irish investment firm Kilcullen Kapital Partners for an undisclosed sum. The BDO team providing corporate finances services on the sale was led by Richard Duffy, Director of Corporate Finance.
