Deirdre is a Director in the Indirect Tax department. Deirdre has over 25 years' experience in advising both domestic and international clients on VAT and Indirect Tax matter over a broad spectrum of industries including real estate, technology, travel, and pharmaceutical. 
 

Services & Specialism

Deirdre is an experienced Director and advises on import and export transactions, provides due diligence support, and advises on cross border transactions. She has also assisted a number of clients with meeting their VAT compliance obligations and has been involved in the coordination of the VAT compliance function across a number of jurisdictions.

Deirdre also has extensive experience in advised both domestic and international clients in relation to Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT).
