Patrick has extensive experience working with a wide range of UCITS and alternative asset management clients promoted by US and European investment managers, covering various strategies and structures. His expertise includes auditing onshore and offshore funds, many with complex structures and policies, such as hedge funds (including credit, CLOs, convertible arbitrage, distressed debt, and emerging market strategies), funds of hedge funds, private equity funds, and real estate funds. Patrick also has significant experience auditing management companies, large international leasing companies, and special purpose vehicles.

Patrick is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds a BA in Business Studies from Dublin City University.

Patrick's extensive experience and knowledge encompass:

• Auditing UCITS and alternative investment fund structures
• Auditing large umbrella UK and Irish fund structures
• Irish GAAP, UK GAAP, US GAAP, and International Financial Reporting Standards
