Rory O'Keeffe

Rory is Partner in Deal Advisory and Transaction Services team at BDO. Prior to joining BDO in 2016, Rory worked for KPMG where he gained extensive deal experience having worked in both Ireland and New York. 

Services & Specialism

Rory specialises in providing commercially driven financial due diligence assignments for corporate and private equity clients. He has worked on a number of transactions across a variety of sectors for both Irish and International investors. In addition, Rory has experience in assisting his clients evaluate divestment strategies and prepare for a disposal process.

Rory is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Rory also holds a Certificate in Sustainability Strategy, Risk and Reporting from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
