BDO provided financial due diligence assistance to Cellnex Telecom Ireland on their acquisition of entire share capital of the Wayworth Limited.
Cellnex Telecom is Europe's leading operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructures with a portfolio of c.70,000 sites including forecast roll-outs up to 2028. Cellnex operates in Spain, Italy, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, Austria and Denmark.
