BDO Transaction Services were delighted to have provided vendor due diligence services to retail management software company, CitiXsys, in relation to their recent fundraise of $60 million with Goldman Sachs.
Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division is one of the largest managers of private capital globally; regularly investing in corporate equity and corporate debt, real estate equity and real estate debt and infrastructure worldwide.
CitiXsys, with its software platform iVend Retail, is the leading provider of integrated omnichannel solutions for Retail and Hospitality industries, with its solutions used in over 95 countries.
