BDO acted as sell-side advisors to the Delsk management team on the sale of three new build Nursing Homes to Aedifica for €57m.
Aedifica, a Belgian nursing home investor, has grown its spending in Ireland to nearly €240 million with the purchase of another three nursing homes.The homes were developed by Delsk, a Chinese investment group that has raised money from high-net-worth Chinese nationals under the immigrant investment programme.
The team that advised on the deal was led by Stephen O'Flaherty.
